"Very easy check in and checkout, friendly and polite reception staff. If would have been good to have some bottled water available in the room as booking was for 3 nights and refreshments tray was basic. We had to ask for an extra bath towel on night 3 ( the first time we swapped them for new) as only one new one left in bathroom and we don't like to share, but 5 hand towels brought up to the room which was a little odd. "Lovely hotel. Booked 2 nights and enjoyed it so much we extended our stay by an extra night. Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Superb buffet breakfast with some a la carte choices. Located about 2 miles out of Bath city centre so you will need a taxi or catch a bus from the nearby bus stop if you don't drive."

"We stayed for one night after attending a family event. The Sleeping Bear is a great venue. Caroline greeted us at the desk and couldn’t have been more helpful making sure we were able to sort out our parking. She was so friendly and welcoming. This is a lovely, clean and smart hotel. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and hope to in the future. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Greenbank. Reception were so helpful to find a parking space (we have a camper van). From reception to the dining staff, nothing was too much trouble. Room was sooo clean with a beautiful view of the harbour and looked like the bathroom had been refurbed fairly recently. Reviews on the restaurant we read were mixed, which we couldn’t understand as the our experience was amazing. Thank you to all the staff at the Greenbank. We’ll be back !"
